Unsaid

The real living of a human life is to live openly, honestly and try not to leave too much unsaid.  If you speak in truth, speak with integrity, and speak out of love through your Spirit, you can't go wrong - no worries about hurting others and leaving those things unsaid.

The trick is to learn to live in that truth.

Interview

My youngest daughter had left her resume with the same employer who had employed both of her sisters.

While grocery shopping this week, the store owner said to my husband, "You better buy lots of groceries, since we are employing all three of your girls."

Confused, my husband responded, "Excuse me?"

Then the store owner said, "Oh , yeah - can you have your daughter here for an interview on Thursday?"

As a post script the interview consisted on two questions, "What's your favorite subject in school" and "When can you start?"

Called to Be

God hasn't called me to be successful. He's called me to be faithful.

In the end, faith is what we share.

Fortunes are won and lost. Success is fleeting. Recognition but a moment in time.

Answering God's call to be faithful is lasting all the way to eternity.  What more can we ask for?

Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts; that we, to whom the incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His Resurrection, through the same Christ Our Lord.
